Supreme Nutrition Whey Concentrate has a quick uptake rate, so the optimal time to consume it is either an hour prior to working out or in the hour following it. This is because the body’s metabolism is at its highest, and your muscles fibres have been torn, leaving them in need of repair – which is where our Whey Protein Concentrate performs best.
However, if you are looking to build serious muscle, one protein shake pre and/or post workout is not always enough – unless you are consistently eating very high protein foods. Thankfully, we created our Whey Protein Concentrate to be consumed throughout the day at any time (but across intervals of 2-4 hours) to ensure you hit your protein targets.

HOW DO YOU TAKE IT?
For optimal use, mix 2 level scoops (40g) daily of Supreme Nutrition® Whey Concentrate with 250ml of water or milk. Increase or decrease water or milk to match your preference, shake well before consuming.
